Unfortunately unless you watermark your pics anyone can just google and the pics that have been on eBay usually come up in a search. I am guessing the seller googled and thought that pics looks good. hi, i have 2 sellers using my pictures as i speak (compose), one has copied my whole listing photo;s, wording , everything and inserted their own details, i sent them a message with no response, i could report them but not sure if ebay would respond in a positive manner,so i have left it as it doesn't seem to impact on my sales albeit my items are cheaper, so it depends on your own view to When you create listings you give eBay and it's members permission, through our user agreement, to use your images and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalogue, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.

I see people use my photos all the time on eBay, at first I was annoyed but now I am flattered :) One person who used my photos had written in their description that everything is as described and listed with integrity. Thought that was funny. I was looking on another online selling site and came across my images that I was using on my ebay listing. Can anyone use your photos without I mean if you are caught using any other Ebay seller's photo (s), you are suspended from selling on Ebay. Titles and descriptions are different. After all, there are just so many ways to describe a t-shirt, sports card, green glass, Bauer pottery, etc.

I Downloaded the ebay app for iPad and accidentally did clicked the don't allow eBay to use camera option and now cannot take pictures of  Publishing product photos with messy or inappropriate backgrounds significantly takes the shine off the goods you sell.
